Lazy Sunday Morning – Sofrito on Kesong Puti

Sofrito on Kesong Puti

1 tbsps oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp onion, chopped
1 tbsp, tomato, chopped
Kesong Puti
Fresh herbs

In a pre-heated pan, saute the garlic, onion and tomato in oil. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Plate the kesong puti and garnish with the sofrito. Top with fresh herbs such as Oregano
